1. Information We Collect

Location Data: We collect your device's precise location (GPS) to calculate driving time and traffic conditions between your current location and your destination. Location is collected while the app is in use and in the background when alarms are active, to ensure accurate travel time calculations.

Alarm & Destination Data: We store the alarm details you provide, including alarm names, destination addresses, arrival times, buffer times, and toll preferences. This data is stored locally on your device and may be transmitted to our servers for AI-powered wake time calculations.

Trip & Pattern Data: When you use Premium features, we collect anonymized trip data including departure times, arrival times, and whether you arrived on time. This data is used by our AI engine to learn your commute patterns and improve alarm accuracy over time.

Authentication Data: If you choose to sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple-provided user identifier. We do not receive your real name or email unless you choose to share them.

Subscription Data: We use Apple's StoreKit framework to manage subscriptions. We do not collect or store your payment information directly. All transactions are processed by Apple.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To calculate optimal wake-up times based on real-time traffic and weather conditions
• To provide AI-powered insights and alarm adjustments through our backend services
• To learn your commute patterns and improve alarm accuracy over time
• To send you alarm notifications at calculated wake times
• To manage your subscription and premium features
• To improve and optimize the App's performance and features

3. Data Storage & Security

Your alarm data is stored locally on your device using iOS standard storage mechanisms. When AI features are active, trip data may be transmitted to and stored on our secure cloud servers (AWS) for pattern analysis. All data transmission is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher.

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Apple Maps / MapKit: For address autocomplete, geocoding, and route calculations
• Amazon Web Services (AWS): For AI processing and backend infrastructure
• Apple StoreKit: For subscription management and in-app purchases

These third-party services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for analytical purposes. We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal process.

6. Data Retention

Local alarm data persists on your device until you delete the alarm or uninstall the App. Cloud-stored trip data is retained for up to 12 months to enable pattern learning, after which it is automatically deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you

• Request deletion of your data

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete it.

9. Location Data Permissions

The App requests "Always" location permission to function properly. This allows the App to:

• Monitor traffic conditions for your active alarms while the App is in the background
• Update your wake time based on real-time travel conditions
• Trigger alarms at the correct calculated time

You can disable location access at any time through your device's Settings, but this will prevent the App from calculating accurate travel-based wake times.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
